FOTD: A dewey look

On my days off from work, I like to use products that I don't use daily- or don't necessarily know how to use them in my daily looks.
My FOTD today is some new products I bought lately that I'm testing out, mixed in with a few I don't use often, and a few that I love.
What I used:

Face:
*Soothing Care Monistat Chafing Relief Powder-Gel (As primer, all over face, applied with fingers)
*Rimmel Lasting Finish 25 Hour Foundation in 200 Soft Beige (All over face, stippled on with ELF Studio Powder Brush)
*ELF Essentials Shimmering Facial Whip in Lilac Petal applied with ELF Studio Angled Foundation Brush (As a highlighter above cheekbones and brow bone)
*ELF Essentials All Over Color Stick in Golden Peach (All over cheeks, not blended in-just applied from tube)
*ELF Studio Blush in Peach Keen (All Over cheeks, where Golden Peach was applied, applied with ELF Studio Blush Brush)
*ELF Essentials Healthy Glow Bronzing Powder in Sun Kissed (Along temples, as a cheek contour, and a light dusting along outer edges of face, under chin and jaw, applied with ELF Essentials Bronzing Brush)
Eyes:
*L.A. Colors 5 Color Metallic Eyeshadow in EP45 Tea Time (Second color from left applied with ELF Studio Eyeshadow "C" Brush all over lid; Fourth color from left applied with ELF Studio Contour Brush in crease; First color from left applied under lower lash line with ELF Studio Small Smudge Brush)
*ELF Studio Single Eyeshadow in Coffee Bean (Applied in outer third of crease with ELF Studio Contour Brush and in lower lash line with ELF Studio Small Angled Brush)
* ELF Essentials Shimmer Pencil in Twinkle Teal (Along top lash line, drawn heavily)
*CoverGirl Volume Exact mascara in Brown
Lips:
*ELF Studio Minty Lipgloss in Chicago

Normally I would use a face powder after my foundation, but I'm trying different techniques with this Rimmel foundation. I would also normally fill in my brows, but since I'm not leaving the house today, I didn't bother.

  2. You use sooo many different brushes!! I probably should too but I get lazy.lol Where I live we have an ULTA cosmetics store and one of the best products I have bought from there was the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Potion. It is the best eyeshadow primer I have ever used and you never have to touch up eyeshadow through out the day, nor does it ever crease. You should check it out!
    Good work on your blog!

  3. @Manda The brushes all do different things! lol
Check out eyeslipsface.com that's where I get a lot of my makeup and brushes. You can also get them at Target!
But the good ones are $3 each!
But I got a 11 piece brush set for $15 on the website- and they're all really great.
They usually have 50% off codes too.
Also- I know all about UDPP- it's huge in the makeup world! lol
ELF (eyeslipsface) makes one that costs $1 and a lot of people say it rivals primer potion! You can find this one at Target too, and they have it in a 3 pack for $3 now and it comes in 3 different colors.
    <3 Thanks!

Pretty and perfect due to your steady hand.
Apply that lipgloss like it's your job.
